Tru by Hilton Plano Hwy 75

I enjoyed my one-night stay here. It was clean, quiet, the TV worked and the bed was comfortable. They had a really nice smoking area with comfortable couches. 24-hour coffee in the lobby. Close to restaurants including the Bavarian Grill with was literally 400 feet across the parking lot. Loved the lemon-sugar body wash and lotion. Would definitely stay here again.

Five stars for a kingdom I’d happily visit again. Arriving at the Tru Hilton in Plano felt like stepping into a freshly polished wing of my traveling castle. The place is so new and spotless I half expected a royal steward to appear with a trumpet. Breakfast was a delightful spread.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff, always someone cleaning the main lobby area. The food/drink area was well stocked, and the breakfast seemed well attended by staff. First time that I've stayed at a Tru Hotel, and it was a good experience.

The room to have a king size bed in it was small. We asked for towels in the evening and were told that housekeeping wouldn't be available until the next morning at 9:00am so we had to wait to shower until the next morning. The location is by a major highway so traffic noise was very loud and made it hard to sleep. The pillows are feather so very flat.

Excellent hotel. Beds are comfortable, lots of parking, and easily accessible to US75. Outside you can hear the traffic, but I don't hear any from inside the room. Nice breakfast options and very friendly staff.

Recently discovered this inner brand of Hilton. I must say that I’ve been quite impressed with the concept. During my stay for some business in Dallas area I enjoyed my stay. Rooms was clean, tidy and fully stocked for check-in. The front desk team throughout the day were pleasant and help. Lost my charging cable and they gave me a ring at 5:30 in the morning. Coffee is tasty. Lobby area comfy and welcoming. Will be back when I return to Dallas

I’ve been a Hilton loyalist for several years, and this was my second stay at a Tru property in the last 2 months. Overall, I really liked this location. The hotel was clean and modern, and the bathroom products were a nice touch. Complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea are included, which is always appreciated. There were a couple of minor hiccups—like a missing pillow—but it was delivered immediately after we called, so no complaints there. One thing I’ve noticed at both Tru properties I’ve stayed at is the absence of an in-room safe. If that’s important to you, it’s something to keep in mind. The location is convenient and surrounded by restaurants. The 24-hour Whataburger was a lifesaver when we arrived at 2:30 a.m. absolutely starving. Chili’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and several other spots are also within easy walking distance. I would stay here again for sure.

The door to our room looks like it was pryed open previously. All scratched up. You could see into the room through the gap in the door. The floor squeaked and echoed every movement. Felt like you would fall through the floor in the near future. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Hotel looked clean, like the staff cared.
